What format are the photos in?
Currently the photos are in JPG format. Will there be other formats in the future?Yes, we plan include other formats such as Flash (.fla), Adobe Illustrator (.ai), photoshop (.psd) plus other formats. Please check back with us.
Do you add photos on a regular basis?
Yes, new photos are added all the time. Click on "Newest Photos" tab to see the latest photos.
What does royalty-free mean?
Royalty-free means you can purchase the license to use a photo and do not have to pay a fee for “each” use of the photo. There are however limits on the total number of times you may publish the photo depending on how it is being printed. Please see the End User License Agreement for more information. Also see below for information on the different licenses available for purchase.
What are the different license options I can purchase?
We offer primarily three license options. Please review the End User License Agreement for more information. Here’s the general summary of the licenses:
Standard License – Offers license to use in products that are not for resale such as web pages, flyers, advertisements, etc.
Extended License – Offers license to use in products for resale such as posters, calendars, mouse pads, t-shirts, etc.
Free License – Offers license to use on non-commercial and non-profit projects.
What is your return policy?
Please make sure you preview your digital photos before purchasing them. If your have a problem with downloading your photos or if the photo file(s) are corrupted, please contact Customer Service CustomerService@photoseesee.com and we will remedy the problem. If the problem is not a technical problem with the photo file(s), we are sorry but we can not offer refund on the purchase.
How do I buy the pictures?
If you have not already registered, with Photoseesee.com, signup here
Then 1. Browse for the photos you want to buy. Click ‘Add to Cart’. 2. Login to your account. 3. Click ‘Buy Now’. You will be redirected to the secure purchase page where you can buy using your credit card or Paypal account.
How to I get my pictures after I buy?
After you have paid for the pictures, you will be redirected to the download page to allow you to immediately download your pictures. An email will also be sent to you with the link you can click to download your pictures.
Will a receipt be provided?
Yes, PhotoSeeSee.com provides a printable receipt, as proof of purchase.
How do you protect my credit card information?
Transactions are handled by PhotoSeeSee.com’s chosen secured payment gateway. We do not see any of your financial information.
What is a Lightbox?
A Lightbox is used to store a group of images that you would like to eventually purchase and download. You are not obligated to use a lightbox or even purchase the photos in your Lightbox. Basically, a Lightbox is a shopping cart for digital photos.

Can I submit photos to sell?
Yes, we allow all the photographers and graphic designers in the world to upload their works to our website to sell.
What format do you accept?
Currently we only accept JPG format. We plan include other formats such as Flash (.FLA), Adobe Illustrator (.AI), photoshop (.PSD) plus other formats later.
What can or cannot be uploaded?
PhotoSeeSee will review all materials submitted but not all subject matter will be accepted. Photos depicting violence, drug/alcohol abuse, or visual profanities are not accepted. Any photos depicting nudity will be reviewed; Artistic nudity is accepted as well as nudity based on communal acceptance, such as local tribes. Pornographic images are NOT permitted and will be rejected.
When uploading a photo of a model, must a Model Release Form be submitted along with the upload?
By submitting a model release, you increase the marketability of your photo. Without a model release, your photo will be limited for use in only certain instances such as news or qualified editorial publications. The model release must be uploaded at the same time you upload your photo. You can see a Example Model Release here. The model release you upload must contain substantially the same information as the example model release.
Will my materials be available for sale immediately?
Not immediately, uploaded materials are reviewed and must be approved by Photoseesee.com before they are made available for sale.
How much can I make for my photos?
We pay one of the highest rates at 40% of the net license fee paid by the buyer.
Referral FAQ
Do I earn the same commission rate if I sign up to PhotoSeeSee as a member or photographer?
Yes your rate is the same regardless of whether you sign up as a member or photographer. You would sign up as a photographer if you will be uploading photos for sale on PhotoSeeSee.
How do I get paid for my commission?
Your commissions are paid to you on the last week of each month your commission reaches $100.00. All payments of fees paid to you will be the net amount after the following expenses: (i) applicable taxes or withholdings required by applicable laws; (ii) fees associated with the financial transaction and delivery of the monies paid to you. You may receive your commission by either PayPal or check.
How do I know who have signed up as my referrals?
After you log in to your account, you can click on the My Referrals link at the lower left part the page to view your referrals.
How do I know how much commission I have earned so far?
After you log in to your account, you can click on the My Commssion link at the lower left part the page to view your commission.
